Pros

Service to the clients and associates is fantastic. You want the tools and creativity to go the extra mile the support team will be there to give them to you and help guide. Best company I have ever worked for.

Pros

I'm honestly not even sure there is one. I enjoy many of the people I work with, but feel that several are working a job beneath them - including me.

Cons

Where to begin? It's a dinosaur of a company that needs to vastly improve its entire operating system, code of ethics (assuming it actually has one), and level the entire executive team. A company focused strictly on squeezing every single penny out of each customer it can. Using old and outdated computer programs and systems, checklists and filing reports like their life depended on it. I think to put it nicely - this company reminds me of a stubborn outdated & old business man too set in his ways to realize that he is creating his own depression. Their executive management team is entirely made up of sad, pathetic workaholics, with no life and no love. Divorced, borderline alcoholics, whose children all hate them - so they no have no choice but to work all of the time. The micromanaging and amount of reporting is archaic at best and is beneath anyone who has any amount of self respect. They limit your sales budget, increase your sales goals and watch every move you make. Each manager tells you to do things a different way, and pulls you in a different direction. Its chaos! There is absolutely nothing about this company that would make me want to associate my name with it. Its sad that companies like this exist.

Pros

Co-workers were great, manager was awesome (until he left the company too) and the occasional guest that treated you like a human being and not some bottom feeding algae sucker.

Cons

Everything else...pay is awful, demands are high for such a terrible paying position. They run bare bones minimalist crews at worst possible times, leaving you high and dry without even a single person assisting and a lobby full of unhappy guests. Company records all calls and rates your scripted performance and B.S. questions you are "required" to ask, despite already knowing the answer. It is like going to a Subway restaurant with their fake smiles and half-hearted, barely muttered "Hi, welcome to Subway" not giving a dump tone...and then spending the night. The single biggest con is the company itself and the amount of butt kissing it expects you to do, especially towards its' management. No wonder the employee turnover rate is insanely high.
