Company is still stuck in Ford land. Systems are archaic, clumsy, not well integrated or not integrated at all. Demand quick action, but systems, processes, and procedures are not nimble enough to support. Company culture seems resistant, possibly incapable of real change and improvement. Same characteristic applies to their attempts to deal with customers outside of the big three. Did not appear to understand how to relate to Asian customers and did not seem interested in learning. Corporate culture has developed "silos" of functionality and cross-functionality is not entertained. High level management prevaricates. High level leadership in many areas is virtually non-existent, making the decision-making process excruciatingly time consuming. High level management has the common sense of a pet rock. A corporate history and culture that has people "looking over their shoulders" wondering who will be next to get the ax.

Management not trustworthy. Disappointed they are closing Holland office. Management does not seem to have a long term strategy, and seem to just be preparing the company to sell to an unsuspecting company that will find a mess remaining, due to the slashing and short-sighted actions.
