Pros

Good health benefits with 401k. Decent vacation time and holidays. Some flexibility in work hours, depending on the team you are on.

Cons

It's obvious that this company is cheap/pinching pennies. Diminishing benefits - bonus plan eliminated without informing the employees. Many employees are not paid what they are worth, underpaying them by far in comparison to the rest of the market. Other than having a job with benefits, there really is no incentive to stay with this particular company.
