Really difficult to think of any. Oh wait, free soda and water.

Cons

Benefits lessen every year, as do raises. Performance reviews are a joke. Employees are not treated with enough respect. HR is more than happy to replace you with someone who will take less pay even though they are clearly not suitable for the job.
