President/CEO is a savvy business executive with a solid strategic vision for growth. Good people overall and great healthcare benefits.

Cons

Operating under a 'reactive' model to adopting a cloud strategy with a very immature product that has been slow to get off the ground. Dramatic growth in 2014 due to acquisitions but little ROI to show for it to date. Poor integration strategy between acquired companies and little/no training on new product/service capabilities of those companies.

There are some high-quality people hiding within the company. They have a lot of money.

Cons

Pay on the low end, expect your employees to give everything and don't treat them with respect. Although the Waltons of Wallmart have more class than to brag about the house or apartment they got. Just google "Vistex Trump" and read all about it. The funny thing is I sound so negative, it's not the worst place in the world, but my guess is you can find better.
