Pros

Vistex product is widely used. But is saturated in terms of implementations in north america.

Cons

Management is rude, unethical and difficult to deal with. They can do to any extant to deny you a raise or shave a few bucks off your hourly rate. Exploit resources on H1B by forcing them to go on unpaid leave when on bench. Probably should be reported to uscis.

There are some high-quality people hiding within the company. They have a lot of money.

Cons

Pay on the low end, expect your employees to give everything and don't treat them with respect. Although the Waltons of Wallmart have more class than to brag about the house or apartment they got. Just google "Vistex Trump" and read all about it. The funny thing is I sound so negative, it's not the worst place in the world, but my guess is you can find better.
