Cons
Software is severely outdated. Same clients have all the same problems and no solutions are provided for them. Sales makes big promises to clients and don't end up delivering. Company is cheap in e very sense of the word. Corporate does not like to spend a dime for employee needs. Upper management basically micromanages and provides no real leadership. You are only an asset if you can trick your clients into being billed for extra product training hours. There is no real sense of development for front line employees. Think of this organization as a stepping stone to your next job. There is very little in terms of career advancement opportunities. If I were you, I would steer far away from this organization. Chances are you can do much better.
