Losing great people all the time because they do not pay according to skills, the level of work and client load/engagement needed. They are just luke warm with employees and there is very little room for advancement. It's a great starter job, for a few years, but that's it! They need to invest into more employee development and growth. Everything is fine until you try to leave - boy do they not like that! My last 2 weeks (for notice) were awful! Managers stop talking to you, talk negatively behind your back and even after you've left! You're managers! You should be happy to help develop your folks and people leave - it's a reality, please behave as managers should.

Benefits lessen every year, as do raises. Performance reviews are a joke. Employees are not treated with enough respect. HR is more than happy to replace you with someone who will take less pay even though they are clearly not suitable for the job.
