1. All projects, processes are mismanaged. Extremely poor and uneducated management. Could be replaced by anyone off the street with better results. 2. All employees are overworked and underpaid. 3. All software used is constantly freezing and needing to be "rebooted" because of the companies refusal to spend money on updates. 4.Employees are consistently meeting and exceeding goals set without any incentive or reward. 5. Culture is a joke. Company has the highest turnover rate I've ever experienced. Everyone is replaceable. 6. HR is ingenuine. All they do is act as a buffer between the employee and management. There may as well not be anyone in this dept. Completely fake. 7. No opportunity for advancement. Everything is a lateral promotion (no raise) 8. No raises. 9. Constantly making empty promises to hook you just a little bit longer. 10. Shady, questionable business practices such as not informing their customers when our system was hacked and their payment info was stolen. They labeled this as "technical difficulties" when explaining to our customers why our system was down. 11. Politics makes it difficult to complete every day tasks.
