Pros

The company is extremely well run and has amazing leads/management. They set goals and meet them without flopping or quitting. The work is consistent and reliable. Reasonable work/life balance.

Cons

Pay is less than average for same/similar roles for other companies. Career ceilings, not a lot of advancement. No pay raises even after years with the company.

Job security - There's little to no fear of being fired because they're willing to train you when you need it vs replacing you. Steady Schedule - Once you have a set schedule after your training, it is SO RARE that it changes. very dependable hours. Support System - You have employees and team supervisors to help you throughout the day Great benefits!

Cons

Lack of communication, but that's been improving. fast-paced work environment with little downtime.
