Great Company, Great Opportunity.

Pros

Relaxed, yet productive atmosphere, relatively low stress environment. Expectations are pretty clearly defined. 401k, Christmas bonus, company pays half of an individual's plan. Company wide lunch provided on the first of each month. Company is in a building phase with lots of growth opportunity. Work life balance seems to be valued. Have not experienced some of the politics of larger organization. Overall, a very positive experience!

Cons

Always room for improvements. Less time off around holidays than many companies offer. Long evaluation time in the beginning before benefits such as 401 k and vacation time kick in. Lack of team building.

Pros

There are no pros unless you call getting lunch the 1st of the month.....because that is about all you get.

Cons

You have to wait for 1 year to get any benefits. Vacation 1 week after 1 year. 401k starts after 1 year. Insurance is a joke you couldn't even afford your deductible because it's so high. Cameras are on you at all times. Owner wants to make sure you are working so he is making money. Stay away!! If holiday falls on the weekend you will NOT get Friday or Monday day off like most places.

Pros

The pay is respectable, but not much different from any other call center in the area. Most technicians are pretty good people, but they might as well install a revolving door.

Cons

Training leaves a lot to be desired. Techs do their best to help one another, but supervisors are typically very little help. Prevailing attitude of management seems to be one of "I had to solve this problem on my own and you should, too." This doesn't benefit the company, the techs or the customers. Very little feedback is given on tech performance unless a mistake is made, then the approach toward correction is less like coaching and more like getting yelled at. Equipment is often faulty/unusable. Personally, I don't feel like I should have to fight for the tools and resources I need to do the job I was hired to do.
