Pros

The culture here is terrific and pretty unique. It’s the opposite of the toxic cultures I have experienced elsewhere. A lot of it ties back to our values: humility, ownership, a growth mindset, empathy, and competing to win.

Cons

We continue to grow really quickly. While I think the culture remains strong, we need to continue to improve how we collaborate and communicate so that we can become even more effective.

Pros

We offer a variety of different positions. I always get exercise and the crew are always positive. We have a great onboarding program and awesome benefits. There is always something to do.

Cons

Getting used to the fast pace on the first day was hard. Once you get used to it it's no problem. It's a very physically demanding job. You may get wet during the shift.
