Vital farms has a great company culture and truly values people. Everyone within the company is transparent about goals and appreciates collaboration to help obtain them. The teamwork and comradery are unmatched. A large portion of the company works remote which is fantastic.

Cons

Some decisions have to go through what seems like an unnecessary number of approvals. This results in area leaders feeling that leaders above them have a lack of confidence in their abilities.
