Thanks for your feedback. We are constantly challenging ourselves to raise the standards of much more than food production. Our stakeholders, who include our passionate and mission-minded crew members, are the fabric of our business. We look at our employee experience holistically—from compensation and benefits such as equity ownership / 401K matching for every crew member to leadership development and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives which are actively underway. We also recognize that every team has distinct needs and have specific initiatives that are tailored to each function. For example, at Egg Central Station in Missouri, we have increased our starting wage, introduced both hiring and referral bonuses, launched a semester-long leadership development course, and implemented a safety shoe program, to name a few. Each of these initiatives were born from direct ideas and conversations from our crew. Of course, we recognize that we have room to grow from where we are today. Our intent will always be to prioritize the financial security, professional development, and overall well-being of every individual that works at Vital Farms. Our 2021 Engagement Survey will launch in Q4 to gather feedback and help us improve the experience of our crew. As always, the Talent Team has an open door and is always available to discuss specific crew member concerns directly.
