You learn a ton, pace is fast, you're given all the resources needed to be successful, you get to work with an organization full of people equally motivated, management genuinely cares about employees (and all stakeholders).

Cons

Vital Farms is a new and growing company. If your expectation is that all processes and procedures are well defined and mature you'll be disappointed. However, that's what makes is great place to build a career.

Work with small family farms to replicate a sustainable business model with animal welfare at the core. Hens have outdoor access year round and farmers are compensated fairly. Delicious eggs!
