Pros

I am located at HQ in south Austin in our amazing modern farmhouse style office. Always a stocked kitchen with healthy snacks, a gourmet coffee machine and lunch provided at least once a week. There is a great energy in the office. The staff are creative, intelligent and collaborative. There is a culture of open communication and transparency across the organization. A ton of opportunity to learn and grow. I am extremely proud to work for a company whose mission is to bring ethically produced food to the table and to be part of the growth and success of Vital Farms.

Cons

Jump in and get your hands dirty. I personally learn best in this way, but it may not be for everybody.

Our crew is full of brilliant people with phenomenal experience and an absolute passion for not only what we do but how we do it and most importantly. . . WHY we do it. We've grown a lot but the culture, the way we do business, the passion and the purpose don't change.

Cons

This is a place for people who are ready to jump in, roll up their sleeves, learn fast and act fast. That's certainly not a con for me but it is good to be aware of.
