Stress, racial tension, unethical treatment of employees, uncaring management. No pay raises.

Amazing benefits, lots of job autonomy, great leadership team, wonderful crew, weekly team lunches, and volunteer opportunities.

Cons

It's a great environment for motivated & self directed people. People who need excessive direction or hand-holding generally do less well.
