Vital Farms lives up to its mission statement & the brand is more than a product, it's an all encompassing culture. HQ is a conveniently located, with minimal traffic influx from any direction & plenty of free parking. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the eggs you can eat, snacks & drinks, along with catered lunch once a week & hosted quarterly offsite events. Most positions offer a generous level of autonomy & the office vibe is definitely Austin casual.
