Pros

You have a base plus commission salary, so it's better than working for minimum wage. There is opportunity to move up in the company, and you have to be educated to work there in order to inform customers on supplements that will benefit their health, so you learn a lot.

Cons

The hours are not the best as with any job in retail and there is a limit as to how much you are allowed to use your discount for each month.

Cons

Great place to work if the store is in a busy location. My store was in a low traffic area and I was suprised I was able to keep my job at all, very little business = long boring days
