Wonderful people in the stores that work hard and have a true passion for the product they are selling.

Cons

Corporate leadership seems lost on how to take this business to the next level in this current and challenging retail environment. Too many GNC protocols being instituted by failed GNC leadership that have now, inexplicably , taken over high level positions with Vitamin World.

Store Managers need better Compensation

Helping people. For those looking for a job, most if not all positions at VW are in need of staff since there is a "revolving door culture" where nobody stays very long and the company is basically used as a stepping stone until people find something better. That's the only reason for the 5 stars for career opportunities. If the pay was better the turnover would be less, as in the past.

Cons

Sales Management positions should never have a "cap". Allow Store Mangers the opportunity to earn an honest living and provide for there families. Stop underestimating the customers with the 4 different promotions that vary from each store to online only deals which just leave the customer feeling cheated and deceived. The customers are not stupid and they see right thru this and it's costing the company to loose loyal customers.

Great customers. Great employees. Good product

New executive management has made such deep cuts in pay and terminated many great long term managers, District Managers, Regional Managers. It really isn't even the same company anymore. No explanations for terminations other than you aren't part of the go forward program. Bye Bye after tenure. Be very careful with this company they are not what they seem and they think the employees and customers are stupid.
