      Pros

      This company, and specifically my position, is great for students entering the healthcare industry in any shape or form. As long as you have good staff to work alongside, you will have a fantastic time. I am lucky enough to work alongside wonderful coworkers.

      Big company, many sites.

      Cons

      If you don't work minimum hours for the YEAR due to military service - you lose all 401k benefit. 401k is paid yearly, you dont make money on your match until the following year and only *IF* you meet yearly minimum. Depending on time of year you begin, you could be waiting up to a year and a half to even GET matching. No perks for additional education. No profit sharing or partnership at all for APPs. Company name is VITUITY - no input from employees on that change - most hate it - silly word!
