Pros

Inspiring work to help the Partners provide better patient care at the hospitals. 401(k) is an absolutely incredible match. CEO truly cars about the organization and the people - Mike Harrington drives culture with your non-provider colleagues.

Cons

Somewhat of a pyramid scheme when looking at leadership and the politics of the board, executives, medical directors, and regional directors. Your position within your team and the organization will 100% depend on your manager. He/She determines your work from home schedule, how much exposure your work gets, and what conferences/symposiums you will attend. Expectations and team cultures differ significantly across teams and there are managers who try to make things equitable but overdo it to the point of suffocation.

Pros

Benefits, 401k, flex schedule

Cons

Very high employee turn around , that says it all. Bottom line high turn around = bad company to work for. Poor Management, unprofessionalism, Assistant Sups and Sups are a joke and have no leadership skills. The only good sup who actually cared about the team is gone. All staff is 4 years and under. Majority of staff stay for benefits and flex schedule. Nothing is confidential here. And no one is ever on the same page. I do not recommend this place, currently seeking employment as many are.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. We are happy our flexible scheduling options are making an impact, as we truly care about our employees' work-life balance. With regard to company turnover, we are proactively doing things to ensure we are the most competitive we can be in the industry in which we serve. We promote open-door policy communication with all employees, and we provide a safe place for employees to share their concerns; sadly it sounds as though this has not been your experience. I would encourage you to leverage your internal resources such as your Director or the People Ops. team to discuss in more detail. Vituity is committed to its employees, and committed to ensure that employee concerns are addressed and validated. Thank you, RCM Leadership
