Regarding professional growth opportunities, our HR and Talent Acquisition teams are working closely with our Leadership Team to design a career development program for our employees. We currently have a leadership academy that provides employees with the tools, skills, and resources needed to take the next step in their careers. Our goal is keep our employees up to date and to give them the tools needed for success. Our Knowledge Cafes focus on timely topics, like our strategic initiatives and efficiency at the workplace. The cafes also serve as an opportunity for employees to get to know each other as the company continues to grow. Also, our internal communication newsletter, “The Minute,” lists all the latest job openings and application information. We appreciate the feedback!

      -great work culture: a lot of energy/time/resources are invested in the employees -company vision and mission statement are core to the company's growth plan and business policies. Improving patient outcomes is the bottom line, revenue is a byproduct. -Rapid growth: not only is the corporate entity growing rapidly but so is the scope and range of the clinical partnership. MedAmerica is continually adapting its protocols and policies to facilitate growth and encourages innovation and feedback from employees

      Cons

      -Average pay but one of the best 401k plans in the country + generous bonuses/benefits/etc -not much else
