Pros

Good experience with fast paced ER. Learned a lot about EHR. Got to work in the atmosphere of a hospital.

Cons

Pay is terrible. The providers treat you poorly. Management doesn’t advocate for you and let’s you get treated poorly. Training is stressful and demanding.

Senior Leadership is disengaged and has been there for a long time. The Partner model is great, but can sometimes make it difficult to get good work done because there is a fear of upsetting the partners
