      Pros

      Good team of health care providers to work with (doctors, APPs) at the front lines

      Cons

      Management doesn't listen, intentionally understaffed with too much emphasis on making a profit, they will unexpectedly cut hours from the physicians and APPs resulting in unpredictable schedules, compensation model reeks of pyramid scheme, high physician turnover and instability

      They are very flexible with scheduling. It is an incredible job and especially useful if you are looking to go to medical school, PA school, etc.

      None. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company.
