Pros

I have been with Vituity for a total of 7 years. I left for roughly 3 months to what I thought was a better position and was completely miserable. I missed my team, but most of all, I missed the culture. The company even gave me service credit! What Vituity has is special and coming back was the best decision I've ever made. I am proud to be a Vitan, working with an organization where I am heard and valued.

None that I can think of. My overall experience has been positive.

Pros

Work not too demanding because a lot of processes don’t exist.

Cons

With hurdles of approvals required for even cheap $10k enterprise software purchases, good luck staying relevant with the latest enterprise tech on your resume if you’re in engineering. Might as well not offer snacks in the break room and call it an “honor bar” if you’re gonna charge employees few dollars for it. When free catered lunch is the norm for tech companies in the Bay Area, the “honor bar” is an insult and disgrace if you come from a company that offers free lunch.
