Pros

The staff at the home office seems nice. They pay on time. I was hired for a specific contract on Maryland so I haven't even had to go to the Vivsoft office yet.

Cons

In my position, Vivsoft is a subcontractor and they require me to do additional, separate and completely different timekeeping in addition to what I have to do for the prime contractor. The CEO is a little full of himself.

Pros

Great people to work with good technologically challenging work opportunities. Great openness to self-improvement and moving into positions of higher responsibilities. Great culture of flexibility and taking care of personal issues when they come up.

Cons

Only complaint I've got is the benefits are about average compared to the tech industry. - No Parental leave, relies on short term disability. - Much lower PTO/Sick leave compared to other companies - Rest of the benefits are good.

VivSoft has a great culture and focuses on very meaningful and impactful work! The company feels like a family! If you're looking to grow your career, VivSoft is a great place for that!

Cons

VivSoft doesn't offer Cost of Living Raises or conduct Employee Reviews. The benefits package is getting better.
