My favorite parts of Vivax have been the people I work with, my managers who ROCK, the money I’ve earned, and just the overall investment the company has made in me.

If you ask anyone here they would say their favorite part of working at Vivax is the culture, I would agree but also say that it’s so much more than that. Vivax to me is like a family, we’re a group of like-minded individuals whose goals are to grow as individuals on both a personal and professional level. We all look out for each other and help celebrate other’s accomplishments and growth. I’ve never worked at a company where I felt like the leadership actually saw me as an individual and wanted to help me develop and grow as a person, or saw the value in my hard work. I went from SDR to co-Mentor within 7 months of starting, and I have never been happier to help other improve their lives in the same way. We all care about each other and want to see everyone reach their goals, hit PR’s, and set records. For competitive people like myself, this is the perfect environment to have friendly competition without any of the toxicity that you typically get in a sales position. I’ve never worked with a better group in my life and genuinely look forward to work everyday. Whether you’re in it for a paycheck, personal growth, or competition, this is the perfect place for anyone willing to give their all everyday and go home better for it every time they leave.
