The management team takes the time to train each employee and provides ongoing support to help you be successful. It's no wonder why Vivax has been in Inc. 500 for the last 5 years as one of the fastest growing companies in the nation.
Cons
There is no gas compensation, but there are tax write-offs that help balance everything out. Also, most positions are 100% commission, but Vivax provides a reasonable draw and if you work hard, it can be very rewarding. All companies, including Vivax, have their faults, but Vivax does a great job at learning from their mistakes and improving upon them.
