      Cool people overall and you can definitely make friends and find people with similar interest or who might be Colorado transplants as well.

      Cons

      Micromanaging Call center vibe with tracking amount of calls and listening to your calls A lot of promises and no follow through

      Pros

      Best and most reliable paint company in Denver. Fast growing company determined to be the best in roof and solar too. Great training, support, management, and office environment. Competitive and self driven co-workers. Flexible hours when needed. Yearly bonuses.

      Cons

      Lots of travel time for project planners and managers. Some of the busier weeks you work 50-60 hours and 5 to 6 days a week. You put lots of miles on your car if they don't provide you one. Yearly bonuses.

      Pros

      Everyone works together as a team and you don't have to worry about picking up someone else's slack. This company does an amazing job at choosing A+ employees with a positive attitudes and keeping the process very organized! There is an open door policy and everyone is always willing to their teammates out when needed to get to the end goal! You get out of it what you put in and it is so rewarding! Lots of fun parties and great benefits!

      Cons

      None. I love waking up to come to work every morning and I have not had any problems the entire year I've been working here. Its the best job I've had!
