      Pros

      Incredible working environment form the vibe to the people. Everyone supports your growth professionally and personally. Friendly and team-oriented where nobody gets left behind. Committed to quality over anything else; the quality of our product, the quality of our service and the quality of each member on the team.

      Cons

      Office in South Denver, difficult with the constant grind of traffic. Younger company with some minor growing pains (this can be looked as a difficulty or an opportunity to improve).

      Pros

      The hard work is rewarding. They have great benefits. They are flexible and are willing to work with you. They care about their employees. The people are wonderful. Extremely helpful coworkers who never say no to a request for help. Excellent opportunities to learn new things every day. Work/life balance is best I've ever seen.

      Cons

      There needs to be more communication throughout the departments, but they are always striving to make things better.

      Pros

      This is truly an amazing company to work with if you're a motivated and ambitious person. Everyone at Vivax is down to earth and genuinely passionate about their job, so it makes for a fun environment...work hard, play hard. The management team takes the time to train each employee and provides ongoing support to help you be successful. It's no wonder why Vivax has been in Inc. 500 for the last 5 years as one of the fastest growing companies in the nation.

      Cons

      There is no gas compensation, but there are tax write-offs that help balance everything out. Also, most positions are 100% commission, but Vivax provides a reasonable draw and if you work hard, it can be very rewarding. All companies, including Vivax, have their faults, but Vivax does a great job at learning from their mistakes and improving upon them.
