Awesome company culture! The work hard, play hard mentality is definitely true here. However, it's easy to work hard with management leading by example. The company culture is exemplified by weekly team meetings where the whole company stops what they're doing and comes together to review our accomplishments, struggles, and to celebrate each other's successes from the previous week. The work is tough but rewarding, but because of the team-oriented environment it's truly a pleasure to come to work in the morning. Plus a ton of time off in the winter!

The company continues to expand and grow every year at a astonishing rate. The management team (including the owner) takes a very hands on approach to helping you succeed and are always available to talk.
