I have worked here for 5 years and I’ve built a career for myself and made more than I ever thought I would. Vivax compensates for performance that really teaches a valuable life lesson “you get out what you put in.” I prefer this to other companies with a base pay and no incentive to push yourself or exceed the expectations you had for yourself. If you are looking for a place to work to grow as an individual this is the place. all of the managers are great and really care about your growth and success. I feel like that is hard to come by and not just be a number. I’ve worked my way into different positions and they really value hiring within. Also renovating their office with some cool changes. Free parking also can’t be beat.
