Why Vivax? Vivax gives you the ability to grow. I started with Vivax not having any sales experience. Now after almost 5 months, I feel like I belong in sales and I'm confident that I will always want to grow and persue sales. The sales managers, have continueslly given me the push I needed to do and be better even when I wasn't very confident in myself at first. I've never felt alone, and have never had to worry that if I have a problem with something, that I can't bring it up. The team environment is wonderful. Most sales jobs are cut throat and everyone is for themselves. While this job very for yourself everyone is very supportive and everyone motivates one another and helps one another out. I Never have to question my integrity about myself or what I'm doing. I never have to lie to anyone about anything just to get a sale. The best product and sales person shouldn't have to. Essentially Vivax not only helps me grow In my job, but also as a person.
