Leadership and management lacks necessary training shows little interest in improving. HR is dismissive unapproachable and fails at addressing employees concerns. Toxic work environment, poor morale and high rate of employee turnover.

Vivent has great benefits for their employees, they embody their values driven mission by taking great care of the clients they serve, and makes coming to work every day enjoyable. I've worked at a few non profits and Vivent has been the best one yet because they make sure you feel supported and valued as an employee. There's also a lot of room for growth because of their many departments.
