Pros

Collaborative working environment where people are truly interested in helping one another. I have worked for other companies and I can honestly say the culture here is what sets it apart and makes it special.

Cons

There is a certain level of growing pains as the agency is expanding and not everyone can be at the table to help make decisions. I think this has been frustrating for some but is the natural progression when you are growing.

great mission, strong benefits, great work , unique integrated care model This is an organization that truly understands how to meet the overall needs of its patients and does so very well. Its a great place for a career and very rewarding work

Cons

The country is not focused on high quality care like ARCW is which makes it difficult for others to understand the uniqueness and value of our work
