Many changes have taken place since I started over two years ago. Vivent Health has put a lot of focus on employee engagement. An employee engagement committee was recently established to help influence improvements and needed change to benefit staff satisfaction overall. Overall, employee benefits have improved and now include paid maternity/paternity leave. It's exciting that the organization continues to expand. There are new cities the organization plans to grow to, and many new services being added overall. I am hopeful that Vivent Health become a top place to work nationally.

Cons

Salary equity needs to be looked at! There should be be salary ranges for all positions within the organization and market analysis for each location to ensure cost of living is a factor for salary. Though the org. has expanded to states other than Wisconsin, they sometimes still function as if it only exists in WI.

The technology is really great and up to date. The people here are generally nice and can hold conversation.

Cons

Coincidentally all of these recent good reviews are coming out during inner turmoil within the company, which causes me to believe they aren't real. Morale and pay are low and people are sick of it. Senior Leadership will do whatever they can to pay you as little as possible while having no problem spending thousands of dollars on tables, chairs, office plants, desks, etc. for their own offices. Mergers are going to become more and more common with no additional staff to assist with the added workload. This leads to needing to spend extra hours working on your normal job because work hours were spent dealing with merger business.
