Great atmosphere of peers working around you, that share the same goal of setting the clients and patients up for healthy successful loces

Cons

Policies are in place, not necessarily so they can be followed, but more so they can say they have them. Trainings are pointless because employees just skip through them. Transphobic

There are great people within this organization trying to effect change. Unfortunately the type of change needed must come from the top. The people on the ground live up to the mission of the organization in a very real way. Leadership prioritizes client services over all else, including the health and well-being of employees.

Cons

This organization’s internal issues are vast and they run deep. It’s not worth going into. If you’re applying to work at Vivent Health just know that their words do not match their actions on multiple fronts as an employer.
