Diversity Network Associations, Solid Benefits, Most employees below the leadership level are cool

Cons

Poor Leadership, Back to Office Mandate, Layoffs, AI Learning Focus, SMART Goals, Promotions are rare, Compensation isn't great (even with potential annual raises), Vizient often doesn't follow the values they try to instill in their own employees, etc.
