HR does not seem to have it together when rolling out their new hybrid policy seems like some teams were required to come in earlier than others. They also were unable to answer any questions regarding the policy on a large company call. There doesn’t seem to be any individual situations taken into account, we have people across teams in four different locations in one location and there seems to be no exceptions to the hybrid policy or considerations of making the office feel more collaborative for those who do need to come in.
