Pros

Genuinely good people in many areas. Benefits are average. Pay is usually average to above average.

Cons

What was once a highly respected company has lost face with suppliers and clients. Multiple reorganizations and acquisitions have diluted the original ethos of what used to be a great culture. Senior leaders have failed to maintain what made the company a great place to work by presuming legacy people were less than acquired employees. Many have discovered that following the path of the rest of the consulting firms has taken away the edge. Employee growth is stifled by fear of constant layoffs.

Pay was competitive for market. Some talented colleagues who cared about their work. Remote work was available. Exposure to large clients and projects. Benefits package was adequate.

Cons

Leadership fosters retaliation against employees. HR protects executives, not employees. Harassment and discrimination complaints ignored. No job security if you speak up. Severance, bonuses, and pay often withheld.
