      Pros

      Generous parental leave, PTO package. Town halls share company performance updates.

      Cons

      Remote workforce career paths have come to a dead end, as internal transfer are now tied to hybrid work requirements. No compensation for relocation has this feeling more like a reduction in workforce. Psychologically unsafe work environment. Despite providing feedback that our VP was unfit for leadership, the VP had been promoted while 50% of our business unit has quit. There is no structure in place to protect workers from this VP, middle management and employee relations are not effective.

      - Hybrid schedule 2 days wfh

      Cons

      - This company is falling so fast. - Your manager only wants to make himself look good. - Training is nonexistent - Politics is insane!!! If you do not fit in with your assigned account group you will be let go. - Client Executives and Spend Manager have way too much power. These are the kinds of people who never got enough attention from their parents growing up so they enforce their power trip onto you. - Management is weak. They put people who have very little experience into management. - They will lay you off and or fire you without cause. I’m surprised nobody has sued this company?

      PTO and Flex days are great

      Cons

      Constantly re-organizing, transforming, rebranding, etc. Leadership is absolutely clueless... They bring people in, screw things up, and then RIFF the employees that are most valuable. I know the job market is tough, but consider all other options before this one.
