Leadership - Senior Leadership and much of Middle Management have been with the family of companies (VHA, Novation) for decades so have no outside experience or perspective. They create a facade of an open, collaborative, caring culture when in reality they are immature, political and beauracratic with the main goal of maintaining the status quo while doing as little as possible. Culture - 1980s Top-down management by Excel spreadsheet. Leadership wants people in the office even though the majority of the "Leaders" are on a different floor and only mingle with the underlings via uncomfortable elevator rides.
