It’s interesting to see the new RTO 3 day enforcement. Many leaders don’t seem to like or agree with it themselves. Theirs also a noticeable disconnect among them. Leaders need to communicate more effectively with each other about changes because this lack of alignment is causing significant confusion among employees at lower levels. It’s becoming a roller coaster, and people are starting to put their foot down and seek opportunities elsewhere. There’s also a major issue with employees not understanding their roles. This could be a result of numerous acquisitions and allowing people to continue in their previous roles without clear direction, which only adds to the confusion. Boundaries need to be clearly outlined.
