      1. After merged with Med Assets, lot of favoritism and only Med Assets managers became leaders. 2. Assign lot of responsibilities and no promotions for legacy employees. 3. Directors with no responsibilities and no work.

      Decent Company Even After Restructure

      25 PTO days (vacation + sick time) start accruing day 1 regardless of level. 9 Company holidays. 5 VTO days (volunteer) which can be hard to use depending on workload. 1 Company wide VTO day where you volunteer and go home after. 4 weeks of work-from-anywhere (in the US) which are used as 5 days increments. Vizient contributes $600 annually to HSA account with high deductible insurance plan. $300 in recognition points ($75 deposited quarterly) to award to coworkers. Hybrid work (3 days in office starting Jan 1st, 2024) which used to be 2 days in office. Some remote work available, but will be less after company restructure. Free snacks and drinks at the many break rooms around the office

      Cons

      High deductible insurance plan. Increased in office work days from 2 to 3 days in office for hybrid work starting Jan 1st, 2024 which leads to more energy consumption for employees which may not have been necessary. Promotional period changed from twice a year to once a year
