Cause for the company. Good Pay, 5 weeks PTO, Gym, early releases

Cons

The culture has become toxic due to recent merger. Its the people in leadership that make or break the culture. Unfortunately the new leadership totally lacks in experience on how to treat people or even recognize and promote the talent. Having just your friends or like minded people in key roles wont help the company to be innovative or make decisions objectively. It has become so obvious and its just sad to see how just few bad apples can spoil the whole basket.
