      Good experience, but lacking in some areas...

      Pros

      Decent compensation. Nice facilities and remote employee options. Good PTO and benefit structure, albeit rather pricey and lacking as compared to others in industry.

      Cons

      No clearly defined career path to advance and difficult to know what the "next step" is to move up. Rather lacking in professional development and training to build skill set beyond the occasional inefficient online computer training modules. Senior employees are not always willing to share information, seemingly to retain job security during the last several re-organizations (lay-offs).

      Pros

      Strong company. Well connected relationships with clients/members. Thoughtful about employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes slow to make change - but not that unusual for a big company. Going through recent merger with two other companies, should expect some disruption.

      Good for long-term, hard to move up

      Benefits are good. Generous PTO. Good working environment (building, parking, kitchen)

      Cons

      No opportunity to move up unless you are directly connected to revenue or have an executive on your side. Leadership hand-picks favorites, and that is who moves up. The company prides itself on "hiring from within," but there are limitations.
