      Pros

      Vizient is the combination of VHA, UHS/Novation and MedAssets, based in Texas. If you are based in Texas you have a good chance of advancement. The adopting of a two day a week work from home policy is very nice.

      Cons

      The combining of several companies has left behind a mess. There is constant uncertainty and the original assertions that they were going to keep "the best of the best", when integrating soon became the best of the best friends. No one feels good about being here, you are always looking over your shoulder and waiting for the other shoe to fall. We all realize that we are just numbers on a balance sheet. Very disposable
