      Pay decent Ability to wfh in some positions Benefits in 30 days or less.

      Cons

      They will take you out of your position and department at any time with out warning if they need people for a different area....they do not ask or care if you dont want to move or if you are able to do the work involved. Its a do what we want or your free to quit mentality.

      - large company with many great resources - colleagues come from all types of backgrounds - benefits are good and they try to treat employees well by offering work-life balance benefits

      Cons

      The company sometimes focuses too much on meeting financial goals - it's easy to forget that customer service is extremely important, too. Many teams are small and stretched too thin. Pay is low.
