      Very good benefits, strong future for company, high performance atmosphere, good opportunity for career growth, fair pay, nice office; I have a very good management team above me. Like any company, there are managers that need to be in a different role, or somewhere else, but overall management is good.

      Cons

      In my opinion: location/traffic in area around corporate office, culture of having a meeting to prepare for a meeting followed by a meeting to discuss the meeting that just happened; politics - what is said is not always what is meant; generic corporate atmosphere with lots of corporate jargon du jour tossed around; more than its fair share of egos;
